I’m Jamie Conner—a beauty-industry educator, speaker, trainer, and career strategist with more than 15 years of experience.
My career began with the guest experience and grew into developing professionals, supporting teams, and leading learning experiences across the country.
Today, I teach the part of the career beauty school often leaves out: communication, confidence, client experience, business awareness, and the decisions that build a lasting career.
